Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere within the USA, if it is outside of the USA please contact me for a quite. if it is a single sticker, it will go out via a regular international stamp

How long does shipping take?

Typically we use USPS for our shipping method, unless UPS is faster and less expensive.

All Stickers are typically mailed out via a regular stamp, snail mail, please give 1-4 weeks from shipping notification for the order to arrive.

How do I track my order?

Depending on the method of shipping you choose in checkout, will determine if you will have tracking or not. Typically any of the shipping methods above $4.00 will have tracking with them. If it is less than $4.00 than it is being mailed via a regular stamp, and no tracking is added.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Only certain items can be returned. Anything customized is not returnable. If it is a Mug/Shirt/Mouse pad, and has been un used, and not damaged, not personalized, it may be returned. You have to contact us for authorization on the return, as well as for the address to return the un used item to. Refunds minus shipping charges, will be given after the item has been returned and reviewed by us to make sure it is in New and Un-used condition, and will be given in the same method received.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once the item has been successfully recieved by us, it typically takes 1-3 business days, to process the return, and then we will refund the item. The time it takes for the payment to be returned is dependent upon the payment method used as well as the banking system.

Can I make exchanges?

We do not typically make exchanges, unless it is an error on Crafty Design Corners part.
